I AM Beauty Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your I AM Beauty products! However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns of Unused and Unopened Items
  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Please ensure returned items are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be accepted for return or refund and will be disposed of upon receipt.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed postage service to provide proof of return.
How to Return

  • If your return is valued at £100 or more, please contact us at customerservice@iambeauty.com before sending your package to arrange a Return Authorization Number. Please include this number on your shipping paperwork.
Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection of your return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • We cannot refund to a different account or payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
  • If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservice@iambeauty.com with details and photos of the issue.
  • Faulty or damaged items reported after this timeframe cannot be accepted for return or refund.
  • If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier and mark the delivery as “Received Damaged.”
