We hope you love your I AM Beauty products! However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns of Unused and Unopened Items

We accept returns of unused and unopened products for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

For health and hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be accepted for return or refund and will be disposed of upon receipt.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed postage service to provide proof of return.

If your return is valued at £100 or more, please contact us at customerservice@iambeauty.com before sending your package to arrange a Return Authorization Number. Please include this number on your shipping paperwork.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection of your return.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We cannot refund to a different account or payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservice@iambeauty.com with details and photos of the issue.

Faulty or damaged items reported after this timeframe cannot be accepted for return or refund.

If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier and mark the delivery as “Received Damaged.”
